TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES BY R4R Leasing Sp. z o.o.

§ 1
General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the website located at the internet address r4r.pl/. The Terms and Conditions also define the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the User.
  2. Before using the Service, the User is obliged to read and comply with these Terms and Conditions while using the Service.
  3. The Terms and Conditions are made available to Users free of charge via the Website in a format that allows them to be downloaded, stored, and printed.

§ 2
Definitions
Unless otherwise specified in the content of individual provisions, terms written in capital letters in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meaning:

  1. Terms and Conditions
    – these terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider;
  2. Website or Portal
    – the website identified by the domain name https://r4r.pl/pl/ administered by the Service Provider, intended for the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider to Users;
  3. Service Provider
    – R4R Leasing Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) with its registered office in Warsaw at Litewska 1, Warsaw 00-581, National Court Register (KRS) No. 0000600776;
  4. User
    – any natural person with full legal capacity, legal entity, or unincorporated legal entity that uses the Website in any way;
  5. Account
    – a section of the Website assigned to a given User, identified by an email address, through which the User can perform specific actions within the Website;
  6. Login
    – an individual and unique name enabling the identification of the User on the Website, chosen by them during Registration on the Website;
  7. Registration
    – the process of creating an Account by the User;
  8. Agreement
    – an agreement concluded electronically between the Service Provider and the User, the subject of which is the provision of the Service by the Service Provider in the form of the Website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions pertaining to the chosen Service.

§ 3
Technical Requirements

  1. To receive the Service, the User must be equipped with appropriate end devices (phone, computer, tablet) along with an internet connection.
  2. The User must have an email address to receive and read the Service.
  3. The Account can be used with any web browser.
  4. For the proper functioning of the Account, JavaScript support in the web browser and the User’s consent to the use of cookies are necessary. For the correct functioning of the Website, it is required to use one of the following browsers: [MSIE 7 and higher, Firefox 3.x and higher, Opera 9.x and higher, Chrome and Safari 4.x and higher, as well as a multimedia plugin such as Flash 9 or Silverlight 3 or newer].
  5. Detailed information on the privacy policy, in particular regarding the use of cookies or other technologies (local storage), is contained in separate documents located on the website https://r4r.pl/ in the “Privacy Policy” section.

§ 4
Services Provided via the Website

  1. Through the Website, the User can obtain information about the Service Provider, the Companies, the services they offer, and services involving institutional property rental. Through the Website, the User can also fill out and send an email message to the Service Provider and the Companies.
  2. The scope of access to the services indicated in paragraph 1 may be changed at any time and to any extent by the Service Provider without stating reasons. The Service Provider will inform Users of any such change.
  3. The use of the Website and Account registration by Users is voluntary and free of charge.
  4. Information contained on the Website regarding services provided by the Service Provider and the Companies does not constitute a commercial offer.

§ 5
Registration and Account

  1. Registration occurs by:
    (a) the User completing the Registration form available on the Website by filling in the indicated information fields;
    (b) accepting these Terms and Conditions;
    (c) the Service Provider or a Company sending a message requesting Account activation to the email address provided by the User in the Registration form;
    (d) activating the Account by clicking the link included in the message sent by the Service Provider or a Company.
  2. During the Registration procedure, providing personal data is voluntary; however, to create an Account, it is necessary for the User to provide their first name, last name, phone number, and email address, and to choose a login and password during Registration.
  3. The User may lose the ability to use the login provided in the Registration form if Account activation is not completed within 7 days of receiving the message at the User’s email address.
  4. A User may only have one Account on the Website.
  5. The creation of an Account is equivalent to the conclusion of an agreement between the User and the Service Provider for the provision of services under the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
  6. The User is obliged to protect their password and not disclose it to other Users or third parties.
  7. The User is obliged to notify the Service Provider immediately if they become aware that a third party has gained possession of their password. Failing such notification, the User may bear the risk associated with a third party using their Account.
  8. The provision of services by the Service Provider within the Account on the Website is for an indefinite period; however, the User may at any time delete the Account and thus terminate the agreement with the Service Provider by logging into their Account and selecting the appropriate option, or by sending their declaration in this regard via email to: [email protected].

§ 6
Terms of Use

  1. The Service Provider reserves that the Website, as well as the photos and graphics placed on it, including logos, and the software used to build the Website, are covered by copyright and are subject to legal protection.
  2. Downloading, using, further disseminating, reprinting, making available in any form (including electronic form), processing in whole or in part, for purposes other than private, except for familiarizing oneself with information and using the Website in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, requires the written consent of the Service Provider. Any aggregation and processing of data and other information available on the Website for the purpose of further sharing them with third parties, both within other websites and outside the Internet, is prohibited.
  3. Users undertake not to take actions aimed at or that could affect the proper functioning of the Website.
  4. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content located on third-party websites to which links are provided on the Website.

§ 7
Service Operation

  1. It is the Service Provider’s duty to ensure the security of data provided by Users, protecting them from third-party access, as well as from their gratuitous or onerous transfer.
  2. The collected User data from the Website will be made available only in situations provided for in the relevant documentation under the “Privacy Policy” tab.
  3. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the proper and uninterrupted functioning of the Website. Nevertheless, the Website may experience failures and technical errors caused by hardware or software issues. In any case, the Service Provider will endeavor to minimize the negative effects of any technical problems that arise.
  4. To develop the Website and minimize the risk of failures, periodic technical breaks are necessary during which appropriate changes are introduced into the IT system. The Service Provider ensures that technical breaks are not burdensome for Users. To this end, whenever possible, these breaks will occur during night hours, and the Service Provider will inform Users in advance about the date and anticipated duration of the break.
  5. The Service Provider and the Companies shall not be liable for:
    (a) disruptions to the Website not attributable to them or caused by force majeure;
    (b) damages caused by Users resulting from improper use of the Website;
    (c) the truthfulness, reliability, or authenticity of information provided by the User on the Website;
    (d) the consequences of Users utilizing downloaded information;
    (e) any consequences related to Users’ improper use of the Website;
    (f) data loss by the Service Provider or the Companies related to equipment failure;
    (g) the User processing data for third parties in a manner inconsistent with personal data protection and processing regulations;
    (h) damages resulting from a third party using the User’s password, unless the password was obtained due to the sole fault of the Service Provider.
  6. The Service Provider has the right to disable the Website (fully or partially) without notifying Users, if this action is related to ongoing maintenance or actions aimed at modifying services, or the possibility of events threatening the rights or interests of Users, the Service Provider, or any of the Companies.
  7. The Service Provider and the Companies may transfer their rights and obligations related to the Website without the Users’ consent.

§ 9
Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website and individual services provided through it by the Service Provider should be submitted via email, by sending an email to [[email protected]].
  2. A complaint must contain at least the User’s first name, last name, and email address, state the reason for the complaint, and the User’s request regarding the method of resolving the complaint.
  3. Complaint submissions will be processed on an ongoing basis within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of filing the complaint. The User will be informed of the decision at the email address provided by them.
  4. Failure to process a complaint within 14 days of its submission shall be considered an acknowledgment of the complaint’s validity.
  5. The submission of a complaint by the User, as well as its rejection or non-consideration by the Service Provider, does not affect the User’s right to pursue claims in court in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

§ 10
Final Provisions

  1. The provision of electronic services by the Service Provider via the Website shall be governed by Polish law.
  2. Any disputes related to services provided by the Service Provider via the Website shall be resolved by the competent Polish common courts.
  3. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by the Service Provider. The Service Provider will inform Users of any changes to the Terms and Conditions by publishing the new content of the regulations on the Website.
  4. All questions related to personal data protection should be directed to the email address [email protected].
  5. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on October 12, 2020. The last update to the Terms and Conditions occurred on May 27, 2026.

Based on the agreement between R4R Poland spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Resi4Rent) and Vantage Development S.A., a company belonging to the TAG Immobilien Group, the TAG Immobilien Group acquired shares in companies previously owned by the Resi4Rent group, as a result of which it indirectly acquired residential units that had previously been owned by Resi4Rent group.
Resi4Rent also offers the rental of such units—owned by the TAG Immobilien Group—on its website. The property management services for these units will continue to be provided, until further notice, by an entity within the Resi4Rent group, ensuring continuity of services for tenants and having no impact on the quality of services provided. The units covered by the transaction are marked with an appropriate pop-up notification.
