Under the co-administration agreement, the Co-administrators have agreed on the scope of their responsibilities relating to fulfilling obligations resulting from GDPR, in particular: R4R Leasing Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the obligations arising from GDPR in reference to you exercising your rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you can also exercise your rights in reference to other Co-administrators who submit your demands to R4R Leasing Sp. z o.o. for these to be met. The Co-administrators have designated a single point of contact where you can submit personal data issues. Your personal information will be processed under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator to answer your questions, not longer than is necessary to carry out this task and to meet the requirements of any possible legal requirements in case of assertion of claims.
