Need to accommodate a larger group of employees? No problem! We offer up to several hundred units ready to house larger groups of tenants in various locations and cities.
1. Choose a Location
We offer 1, 2, 3, and 4-room apartments in the best locations in 6 Polish cities. Hundreds of ready-to-move-in units are waiting for their new residents.
2. Determine the Rental Period
Our leases are very flexible – you can opt for a subscription apartment for a period ranging from 3 to 12 months. We also offer additional services and amenities. What would you like to provide for your employee?
3. Sign the Agreement
You can do this online or at our office – whichever is more convenient. From the moment you submit a housing request, we can handle all formalities within 24 hours.
4. Pay the Deposit
When signing the agreement, we will ask you to pay a deposit for the rental unit. Now your employee can move in!
5.Hand Over the Apartment
Give the keys to your employee. There’s nothing more stopping them from settling in and enjoying their new home.
6. Manage the Rental
In our app, you can conveniently manage all rented units – monitor payments and report any issues.
