    Your personal data administrators are companies comprising the R4R Capital Group, together referred to as Co-administrators. A list of companies is provided at the end of the information clause.
    Under the co-administration agreement, the Co-administrators have agreed on the scope of their responsibilities relating to fulfilling obligations resulting from GDPR, in particular:
    R4R Leasing Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the obligations arising from GDPR in reference to you exercising your rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you can also exercise your rights in reference to other Co-administrators who submit your demands to R4R Leasing Sp. z o.o. for these to be met.
    The Co-administrators have designated a single point of contact where you can submit personal data issues. In order to do so, contact us by email at: [email protected], or in writing to the Co-administrators' address (with the annotation "personal data protection”).
    Your personal information will be processed under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator to answer your questions, not longer than is necessary to carry out this task and to meet the requirements of any possible legal requirements in case of assertion of claims. If consent is granted to receiving commercial information by email or by phone the basis for the processing of personal data is this consent, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. In such a case your personal information will be processed until this consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal of consent does not influence the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal of the consent.
    We process your information independently. However, in order to handle your queries, we may entrust your personal information to our subcontractors who support us in maintaining and managing our online service, i.e., technical service providers attending the infrastructure necessary for the functioning of the online service, including hosting. We also rely on the help of external advisors for legal services and personal data protection.
