What shall I do if I have come back from abroad in the last 14 days and must be quarantined?


If you are one of our tenants, then it is a crucial information for us as well. Please report such case via your tenant portal at r4r.pl or email us at [email protected]. As much as we are able to, we will strive to assist you with grocery deliveries, dog walking or dealing with other urgent and necessary matters.

What shall I do once I have got to know that I have infected with the virus?


Again, if you are one of our tenants, please let us know as soon as possible. We will then increase the frequency of disinfecting places where such persons could be present. Obviously, we will also try and assist you with grocery deliveries, dog walking or dealing with other necessary matters.

What if I feel unwell, but I am not certain whether I have been infected or not?

What procedures have you implemented due to the ongoing pandemic situation?


  • All our actions adhere to official government guidelines
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of the common areas, and in particular all surfaces where the virus could be preserved (e.g. railings, door handles, lift control panels).
  • While we remain open, face to face contacts at our local Tenant Care Offices have been limited and most of the renting process, such as flat viewings, has been moved online. Prospective tenants are able to book live virtual viewings available for different locations and flat types, e.g. Łódź Wodna or watch video presentations at our YouTube channel (HERE) . In addition, our team is still available via common communicators (Skype, Whatsapp, Viber etc.) and we encourage you to contact us to arrange live video calls during which our agents will present the flats you may be interested in.
  • If you would like to rent one of our flats, the whole process, including signing of rental agreement, can be done online. After setting up an online account (HERE), tenant referencing and signing of reservation contract can be finalised entirely online, without having to visit our office.
  • All our procedures, from flat viewings to tenant check in, have been redesigned to eliminate or limit face to face contact.


What if, as one of your tenants, I have been made redundant due to the epidemic?

Can I buy an apartment from Resi4Rent?

All our apartments are intended exclusively for long- and medium-term rentals. If you are looking for an apartment to buy, please visit www.echo.com.pl. There you will find a full range of properties to buy.

How long can I rent an apartment for?


You can sign a standard rental agreement with Resi4Rent for 12 months. After that time, it is up to you whether you will extend your agreement for another period, choose another available apartment, change the city, or simply quit. We try to make the rent period equal at least 1 year, but if you are looking for something for a shorter period, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

What are the terms of the rent?


Form of agreement: written; type: long-term, medium-term, or institutional rent. Duration: 12 months. Looking for accommodation for a different period? Be sure to let us know! Security: 1-month security deposit (on positive verification), repayable at the end of the rental agreement, plus a few simple formalities which our team will tell you about. We want you to live with us as soon as possible, so we keep them to a minimum.

What is the total cost of the rent?


You can check all the payment details for a specific offer in the apartment search engine on our website. Simply select all the details you want and see the monthly rental rate. In addition to the rent and charges for common areas, tenants cover an advance payment for utilities (water, heating, electricity, and waste disposal). For your convenience, we will provide free Wi-Fi for you.

Is a security deposit required?


When signing the agreement, you will be asked to pay a security deposit. After completing some simple formalities, the deposit may amount to a 1-month fee. It cannot be considered a payment for the last month of the rent. It will be repaid once the agreement is completed.

What fees do I have to pay to move in?


When you sign the booking agreement, you will be asked to pay a security deposit, which will be paid back at the end of the rent. After completing all the formalities, which you will be told about by our team, we will give you the keys to your dream apartment. In accordance with the rental agreement, the first rental together with utility advance payments should be credited to our account within five days of handing over the keys to you.

Does Resi4Rent charge a commission?


Resi4Rent is the landlord and owner of the apartments. We offer direct renting, with no additional charges. When you rent from us, you can rest assured that you pay for a new apartment from a developer on the primary market without any brokers.

Are the apartments furnished?


It is up to you to decide whether you will furnish the apartment on your own or want us to provide you with a basic set of furniture. The difference in the rental fee between a furnished and unfurnished apartment is several dozen zlotys.

Can I move in with my own furniture?


Sure! We don’t mind if you want to move in with your own furniture.

How can I book an apartment?


Browse the available apartments at www.r4r.pl, then contact us and visit one of our customer service offices r4r.pl/en/contact/, to pick the apartment you like best and complete all paperwork. You can also do it online. Simply find the location and apartment that suit you, click “book” and follow the instructions.

Will I rent a parking space together with my apartment?


Parking spaces are not attached to apartments. You can use them for an additional fee. You can check the details in particular apartment offers or contact our customer service directly. r4r.pl/en/contact/

What is the cost of renting a parking space?

Who will be my neighbors?


All Resi4Rent apartments are for rent. Hence, your neighbors will be people like you, who are looking for their space in a modern housing estate.

How do I know if the apartment I like is available?


We are doing our best to ensure that the website information is in line with the actual availability of the premises for rent. To be 100% sure, please use the contact form for a given offer and ask about the availability. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

What will my apartment be like?


All apartments from Resi4Rent have been designed and built with rental in mind. After each tenant change, the apartments are refreshed to ensure the best quality and comfort for new residents.
